Your responsibilities

  • Initial contact with customer inquiries via telephone/ticket system regarding application-specific, technical and commercial issues.
  • Direct handling of application-specific and commercial issues.
  • Bug reporting and recording of tickets for customer inquiries.
  • Escalation of technical issues regarding API or issues that cannot be resolved ad hoc.
  • Monitoring the adequate and timely response to customer inquiries.
  • Continuous improvement of the processing of incoming support requests.
  • Independent prioritization of any tasks as part of the CSM team.
  • Testing new features.

Your skills💪

  • Excellent German (>C2) & English language skills.
  • Digital affinity and enjoy working with digital tools.
  • Helpfulness, empathy and exceptional communication skills.

Estimated salary 💰

Of course, the actual salary depends on experience, qualifications and the salary level customary in the industry. The legally prescribed minimum salary under the collective agreement is EUR 2276 gross per month.
