Quality Manager (human),
Full-time, in Salzburg

This role is not firmly anchored in one department, but operates across departments and in close coordination with management. You are primarily responsible for ensuring our information security and compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 27001 and TÜV. You will play a key role in the management of tools and users, central purchasing, data protection, legal compliance, regulatory compliance and internal audits.

These are your tasks

• Implementing and maintaining information security management systems according to ISO 27001 and TÜV standards.
• Managing tools and user accounts to ensure a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
• Coordinating the central purchasing of IT-related products and services.
• Monitoring adherence to data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
• Advice and support on regulatory issues and requirements.
• Planning, conducting and documenting internal audits to review processes and systems.
• Identifying potential for improvement and supporting the implementation of appropriate measures.

What we are looking for

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or comparable training (e.g. HTL).
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of information security, data protection, compliance or similar areas.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ideally experience with TÜV certifications.
• Familiarity with tools and systems for managing users and IT resources.
• Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to independently plan and conduct internal audits.
• Analytical mindset, problem solving skills and team orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.

• For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is € 2,753 gross/month. We are of course prepared to pay significantly more if you have the relevant experience and qualifications.
