To strengthen our team we are looking for a very experienced person in the field of: B2B Growth Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

• Are you a nerd with years of hands-on experience in modern B2B marketing?
• Your deep technical understanding of growth marketing, demand generation, user journeys, SEO, SEA and web development makes it possible to play scalable leads to the sales team?
• Are you able to continuously optimize the performance of a SaaS website thanks to your deep technical understanding?
• Do you understand how to automate processes between Marketing & Sales in a scalable way?

Your responsibilities:

• Continuous maintenance and (SEO) optimization of our website. Constant exchange with the design and web development team. Establishing the website as the most important inbound channel.
• Support and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns
• Development and implementation of marketing automation strategies at the interface between sales and marketing.
• CMS experience: Confident handling of content management systems. Experience with Strapi an advantage.

Your skills:

• Completed training or studies in marketing, digital marketing, web development or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Sound knowledge of SEO, SEA (Google Ads) and performance marketing strategies and their implementation
• Experience with marketing automation tools and their implementation
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other relevant web technologies
• Analytical skills and experience in lead generation
• Knowledge in the use of CMS systems, preferably Strapi
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Independent and structured way of working

Estimated salary:

Of course, the actual salary depends on experience, qualifications and the salary level customary in the industry. In any case, the salary is above the collective agreement and for this position at least 3500€ gross/month.
