Step by step instructions

To access the settings for email notifications, click on Settings at the bottom left of your dashboard. You will then find the notification settings under General > Notifications in the sidebar on the left (1).

The notification settings contain two tabs: My Settings and Plan Member Settings (2). The former are available to all sproof sign users, regardless of their license. The latter are only visible to plan admins who manage a team. They apply to all plan members and cannot be overwritten by them. You can find more information on other global plan settings in the Academy module Plan Management .

My settings

In the My Settings tab, sproof sign users can make settings for interactions in the platform:

  1. The settings options under As a sender relate to interactions that affect a document you have sent. This includes, for example, when invited recipients sign, approve or reject your document.
  2. The settings under As a recipient relate to document invitations that you have received from others. For example, you can specify whether you would like to be informed by email about new document invitations or reminded of pending actions.
  3. Under Additional notifications, you can decide whether you would like to receive news about the sproof sign product.

Settings for plan members

Plan admins can decide in the Plan members tab whether sproof sign may conduct marketing for the organization's members within the platform and via email. Marketing activities include, for example, special offers, competitions or notifications about new products. These settings apply globally for the entire team and in certain cases override the individual settings of the plan members.
