You can access the settings from your dashboard. To do this, click on Settings at the bottom left of the sidebar. You will find the Plan Management settings as third subheading in the sidebar.
As a plan admin, you have more setting options than plan members or users of the free version. You automatically become a plan admin if you have a paid sproof sign license (User or User+). This also applies if you do not manage any team members yourself. In this case, you are your own admin. The graphic on the left shows which settings are available to plan admins (1) and which settings are available to plan members and free users (2).
Admins also have the authorization to make additional settings for their team members with regard to email notifications under General > Notifications. You can find out more about this in the Academy module Notifications .
In the Plan Settings, you can customize your sproof sign plan to meet the requirements of your organization. Attention: Some of these settings affect how your team members use the platform.
Here you can configure your team plan at an advanced level. For example, you can specify that all or only certain plan members must sign qualified. You can also limit the number of signatures, make PDF settings and require invited contacts to log in to the platform. All setting options and corresponding explanations can be found in the graphic.
In the plan settings, under FDA compliance settings, you can configure the use of the platform in accordance with your company's FDA regulations (1). You can also define a person who will be automatically added as a viewer for each document invitation in your plan under Default viewer email (2).
As a Plan Admin, you can manage your license, your signature quota and your team members under Plan Management > License & Team. There is a separate Academy module on this topic, which you can find here: Manage members & signature quota .
Under Plan Management > Certificates you can upload your own certificates, which you can use instead of the sproof sign standard certificate or the qualified certificates.
You can manage your API tokens under Plan Management > API Tokens. Further information on the use of API tokens can be found in our detailed developer documentation .
As an admin, you can display the sproof sign user interface in your company colors, add your logo and set a background image for the login screen/document upload under Plan Management > Branding. You can also apply these settings to emails sent with sproof. You can find out more about personalized user interfaces in the corresponding Academy module Branding options .
